Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced respiratory care to neonatal patients in a NICU setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient responses to therapies and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment effectiveness.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of respiratory therapy equipment and supplies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and facility policies to promote patient and staff safety.

Qualifications

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) required; Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a large Level 1 Trauma, Academic Medical Center preferred.
• Experience in Epic charting is preferred.
• First-time traveler applications welcome.
• Experience in Level I Trauma settings and 100% nicotine-free facility compliance required.
