Collision/Paint Technician

divh2RV Collision/Body Technician/h2pCamping World is seeking an RV Collision/Body Technician to join our growing team. A successful Collision/Body Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, background in body/paint repair and well-versed in all paint and body repair equipment./ph3What Youll Do:/h3ulliProvide and document complete diagnostics for repairing recreational vehicle equipment and structures. Determine best product for repair./liliCustomize and repair RV in accordance with work orders. Execute work orders./liliPerform body and paint repair/liliTrack all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements/liliKeep supervisor appraised of work progress/liliEnsure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee/liliMaintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers/liliFollows Safety and Hazardous Waste procedures as outlined/liliPerforms other miscellaneous duties as assigned and performs duties at company established performance levels./li/ulh3What Youll Need to Have for the Role:/h3ulliCertification from college or technical school in trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is certainly helpful but, we also consider applicable work experience/liliMinimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred/liliRVIA certification helpful but not required/liliValid drivers license preferred/liliMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices/liliProlonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending/liliPotential exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment/liliEnvironmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness/li/ulpGeneral Compensation Disclosure/ppThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
