Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Specialist

JR Logistics is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to act as the key liaison between internal teams and external partners. You will manage the order book with accuracy, enter orders in Oracle, and coordinate with Finance and Warehouse to ensure timely shipments. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service or related fields, with ERP experience (Oracle/SAP), strong communication, and Excel proficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
