Essential Job Functions: (The essential functions or duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment to the position.)

• Operate fork lift; training supplied through company and not mandatory prerequisite.
• Transport molded parts to inventory queue and swap truck
• Transport molded parts from queue to assembly
• Transport empty containers from assembly to molding
• Coordinate receiving of Bulk Delrin
• Conduct quality inspection of Bulk Delrin and record on forms.
• Transport concentrates, nylon and polystyrene from queue to machines. Record on log.
• Record information on bin travelers
• Transport direct pass samples (all container types) to assembly
• Operate 3 tray molding machines and auxiliary box and stacker. Conduct and record quality checks and production totals.
• Operate 2 pusher molding machines and auxiliary bagger. Conduct and record quality checks and production totals
• Maintain trays pad printer and prepare ink. Maintain/clean/install Nylon and Delrin loader filters. (safety needed/dust mask)
• Conduct housekeeping on assigned machines and in loader room.
• Accumulate, weigh and record departmental scrap by type. Prepare cardboard containers for recycling.
• Place daily order with off-site warehouse for boxed material and molded parts. Conduct daily inventory of queue.

Other Functions: Performs similar or related work as required, directed or as situation dictates.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Education, Training and Experience: High School graduate or equivalent
• Special Requirements: Must qualify within department Candidate must be shift flexible
