Controller – Venice Family Clinic Location: Los Angeles, CA Job #: 30659 Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Employment Type: 2 – Staff- Career Salary Range: $95,400 – $208,300 annually Seeking a knowledgeable and effective leader to join the Venice Family Clinic team as a Controller. In conjunction with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Controller will oversee activities related to the implementation and maintenance of the organization’s general accounting operations. Key Duties Oversight of Venice Family Clinic’s financial operations Ensures timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting aligned to GAAP and Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) and other programmatic applicable regulations Leadership and management of the accounting team Management of the monthly close, budgeting, and audit processes Management of treasury functions, including banking relationships, liquidity management, and cash flow forecasting to ensure operational stability Ensures compliance with Federal grant requirements, Medicaid and Medicare billing and reconciliation and other restricted funds Supports the CFO in annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) Partners and collaborates closely with executive leadership, clinical operations, and direct financial directors to support sustainable growth and mission delivery #J-18808-Ljbffr
