Registered Nurse ICU

$2325.60/week –

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for an ICU assignment responsible for providing critical care to adult and geriatric patients. The role requires adaptability to patient acuity and unit needs, ensuring high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive critical care to ICU patients, adhering to established protocols and standards.
• Monitor patient vital signs closely, promptly addressing changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Float within scope to PCU, Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical units as needed based on facility demands.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient assessments and interventions using Epic charting system.
• Maintain all required certifications and compliance documentation prior to and during assignment.

Qualifications:

• Valid NJ or Compact state license as a Registered Nurse at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience, with new grads accepted.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required prior to start.
• Ability to work 3×12 night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to floating within adult ICU, PCU, Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical units.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and teamwork orientation.
