Home Infusion - Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Infusion, you will work outside the walls of a hospital setting in a growing specialized area of the nursing field. This role offers a balanced schedule that allows one‑on‑one relationships with patients and families in their homes. Responsibilities Deliver a broad range of infusion therapies in patients' homes. Provide patient education and individual home infusion nursing care visits in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment. Partner with the Sales Team during the first year to increase referrals and patient census (no sales or commission goals; purely supportive). Visit providers’ offices in the Omaha area with Sales colleagues to provide clinical details or follow‑up after a patient visit. Document patient care activity using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word). Participate in an on‑call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs. Qualifications Registered Nurse with a current license in the state of Nebraska. Minimum of one year of IV insertion or infusion experience. Current CPR certification. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; able to drive within a two‑hour radius of Omaha. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Strong written and verbal customer service skills for interactions with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and team members. Preferred Qualifications Home healthcare experience. CRNI certification. Education RN diploma, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree in nursing. Location & Hours Part‑time position, approximately 20 hours per week, Monday‑Friday. Hours primarily during the day but may extend into the early evening (e.g., 6:00 or 7:00). No on‑call commitment. Schedule focuses on visits within a two‑hour radius of Omaha, with compensation for both patient care and travel time. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $26.01–$56.14 (actual pay depends on experience, education, and geography). Eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive programs.
