Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of daily operations at the Bozrah site, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Supervise and support direct care staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team.
• Coordinate and implement programs tailored to the needs of individuals with disabilities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state, federal, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Attend treatment meetings, document care plans, and monitor progress.
• Communicate effectively with families, guardians, external agencies, and team members to support client needs.
• Oversee transportation logistics and vehicle safety protocols.
• Conduct internal quality audits and assist with regulatory inspections and budget oversight.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Familiarity with Connecticut Department of Developmental Services (DDS) regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in healthcare settings.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in program development and staff training.
• Bilingual skills or additional languages to serve diverse populations.
• Certification in crisis intervention or staff training programs.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and related regulatory requirements.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call responsibilities, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to coordinate transportation and enforce vehicle safety protocols.
• Participate in budget management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance efforts.
