Overview A law firm seeks a Legal Training and Development Attorney for its Litigation and IP Business Units in Austin, TX. This role involves shaping the development and careers of non-partner lawyers, supporting the firm's commitment to excellence and client service. The position collaborates with partners and practice leaders to design and implement training programs that enhance professional growth and team performance. Responsibilities Collaborate with partners on training strategy and vision for business units. Drive development and implementation of training programs. Lead monthly Training Council meetings for the business unit. Assess training needs and create relevant programs with stakeholders. Track associate training in collaboration with senior managers. Incorporate legal technology and innovative solutions into training. Maintain training inventory on the firm's learning platform. Conduct regular meetings with aligned groups to assess needs. Requirements Experienced attorney with 7+ years of substantive proficiency. Strong project management and presentation skills. Fluency in legal and workplace technology. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
