Registered Nurse Coordinator Cardiac Electrophysiology

Your future role at a glance Location: Austin, Texas Facility: Lamar Office Builiding Department/Specialty: Cardiology Schedule: Full time | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm How you'll make an impact in this role Develop and Oversee Care Programs: Lead the design of patient care programs and therapy plans, acting as a trusted resource for nursing staff to elevate clinical standards and policies. Ensure Plan Implementation: Oversee the daily execution of care plans, proactively securing the necessary resources and medical equipment ordered for patient treatment. Guide and Supervise Staff: Direct and support nursing team members as needed to maintain high-quality care delivery and cohesive teamwork. Maintain Accurate Documentation: Coordinate, assemble, and manage required clinical documentation to ensure a seamless, high-quality record of the patient's care journey. What minimum qualifications you'll need BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required. What additional requirements you'll need Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with one year of specialized experience in Electrophysiology and current BLS certification. Highly organized professional with a proven ability to multitask and communicate effectively while maintaining flexibility across diverse clinical roles.
