Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:00)   Work Experience:

• Evaluate patients by assessing mobility, strength, balance, pain, and functional limitations to identify rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, stretching, and other evidence-based techniques to improve movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor patient progress by documenting outcomes, modifying treatment plans as needed, and educating patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Education:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.   License:
Valid Physical Therapy License in the state of TX.   Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
