Corporate Counsel Attorney

Berding & Weil is seeking a 5-10 year Corporate Counsel Attorney for our corporate real estate practice to work in our Walnut Creek office. We believe in building our attorneys and helping them grow their practice from day one. The right candidate will work directly with clients, have a Partner who helps mentor and develop them, and will be given the platform to build a book of business in our dynamic and growing firm. Our ideal candidate will be coachable, easy going, a great team player, have a quick wit and good people skills. We are also looking for a candidate to have exceptional writing and analytic skills, be organized, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and be able to keep a level head under pressure. Prior experience representing common interest developments is a plus, but not required.
