We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Canton Center for Nursing and Healing. • Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments to diagnose and treat communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Provide speech therapy interventions, including individual and group sessions, under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatment and progress Requirements:

- A master's degree in speech-language pathology is required.
- Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
- Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
- Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting a plus
