Duties

Helps Assists the Supervisory Budget Analyst and is assigned responsibility for planning, developing, analyzing, organizing, coordinating activities, improving effectiveness and executing a variety of tasks related to management activities. Conducts management surveys, audits and research projects and provides advisory services to branch management officials. Pro-actively identifies changing trends regarding facilities operations and programs to resolve procedural problems in order to avoid an adverse impact on stated management objectives. Accomplishes policy development including Program Statements and Operations Memoranda regarding the Facilities Resource Management Section as well as the Facilities Management Branch. Provides directive coordination instruction and advises on Abstract and Impact Statements, document clearance, comment resolution and printing and distribution concerns. Represents the Facilities Management Branch and the Bureau of Prisons in meetings and conferences with Bureau officials and other governmental agencies as well as participates in industry councils and inter-agency task forces.
