Join Our Team as an Urgent Care Physician

Our organization is looking for full-time Urgent Care Physicians to enhance our clinical team, delivering exceptional healthcare across various community sites in Middle Georgia. This role offers the unique blend of community-based practice autonomy along with the extensive resources and esteemed reputation of one of Georgia's leading academic health systems.

Physicians will rotate among three urgent care facilities: Lake Joy Med-Stop , Bonaire Med-Stop , and Fred Graham Pavilion Med-Stop , providing a vibrant and fast-paced environment for patient care. You will benefit from coordinated clinical support and have access to our integrated care systems.

Position Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors.
• Rotate among three established urgent care locations.
• Maintain a balanced schedule with 12-hour shifts, working three days a week.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Georgia.
• Current AHA/ARC BLS certification; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred or to be obtained within nine months of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care.
