Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible Ohio SLP licensure
• Accepting both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those who have CCC credential
• Hands-on experience or coursework focused on pediatrics and school-based therapy
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with varying needs in a school setting
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Screen and assess students using a variety of standardized and informal tools
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student progress in and outside the classroom
• Contribute insights and strategies during multidisciplinary team meetings
• Track student progress and adjust interventions to ensure ongoing growth
