Job Description

A Client of ours is looking to hire an Underground Crew Lead to join their Underground Telecom Crew and assist in managing the job site situations, maintain a safe working environment, and being accountable for safety, quality and productivity. Underground Telecom Crew Leaders will handle new business projects within our Telecom Construction division.

• Review plans and permits

• Establish daily crew goals

• Communicate with customer

• Assign job duties

• Monitor progress

Evaluate Teammate's performance and provide coaching

Skills and Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A License (highly preferred but willing to look past this if the candidate has everything else)

• Willingness to travel

• 21 or older

• OSHA- Competent Person Training in Trenching and Excavation

• Certification in First Aid/CPR

• Basic Aerial Placement experience

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work related experience

• 3+ years in related construction experience

• Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers

• Backhoe, Trencher Operator experience • Bilingual
