The RN supervises nursing staff and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes. Job Details Certifications: BLS Certification required prior to first shift; ACLS required prior to first shift (CIRH only). Education and Experience: 0 years of experience required; interest in 16-26 week assignment preferred. Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Position Role: Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, develops individual care plans, and initiates discharge planning. Provides patient education and ensures effective communication regarding patient status changes. Responsibilities include supervising ancillary nursing personnel, maintaining safety standards, and participating in team activities to foster a positive work environment. Additional clinical duties involve accurate documentation, clinical decision support, and ongoing professional development. Submission requirement: Candidates must be BLS certified prior to start; ACLS certification is required if applicable.
