HiGreetings of the Day!Please find the below needs and let me know your interest.Is your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.Job Title: Technical Support II - AV TechnicianLocation: Charlotte, NCDuration: Contract positionKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain and troubleshoot conference room AV systems and video conferencing equipment.Respond to ServiceNow video conferencing support requests.Conduct proactive conference room inspections to identify and prevent technical issues.Plan, set up, and provide technical support for live and hybrid events.Support high-visibility meetings involving senior leadership and external guests.Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and calmly during live events.Communicate effectively with business partners regarding technical capabilities and limitations.Collaborate with AV Operations, Events, Network Operations, and Event Technology teams.Assist with broadcast studio productions and company-wide events.Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience as an AV Technician (required).Hands-on experience with Zoom Rooms (required).Experience with audio boards and AV switching equipment (required).Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.Excellent communication and customer services. xhyhwjd Team & Reporting StructureYou will report to the Manager of Videoconferencing and Event Support and collaborate with:AV OperationsEvents TeamsNetwork OperationsEvent Technology Team, supporting broadcast studio and company-wide eventsSainath Boosi | Sr. Sourcing & Recruiting SpecialistCentral Point Partners, LLC
