Store Manager

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Rockland, ME location. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining a high standard of customer service, managing inventory, and leading a team to ensure efficient store performance. Responsibilities Ensure smooth and efficient counter sales operations, providing exceptional customer service. Maintain optimal inventory levels in accordance with company standards. Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the territory to drive revenue growth. Develop strategies to grow sales and expand customer base. Perform regular inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies. Oversee the maintenance and appearance of the facility to uphold a professional and welcoming environment. Schedule and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Reconcile Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) to maintain financial accuracy. Supervise counter and warehouse operations, ensuring safety and efficiency standards are met. Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve operational excellence. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Hands-on management style with strong multitasking capabilities. High level of customer service orientation. Prior experience in retail or store management preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
