URGENTLY HIRING | Industrial Cleaning Technician / Maintenance Technician

We’re urgently hiring Industrial Cleaning Technicians / Maintenance Technicians who are dependable, safety-focused, and ready to jump into hands-on industrial work. This is a fast-paced, physically active role where no two days are the same.

You’ll work with high-pressure water blasters, industrial vacuums, and heavy-duty cleaning equipment to help keep industrial facilities clean, safe, and running smoothly. $17.00 - $19.00/Hour + Growth Opportunities

Whether you’ve worked in industrial cleaning, maintenance, warehouse work, construction, machine operation, or just enjoy hands-on work, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing (AKA: Getting Paid to Stay Active)

• Operate Powerful Equipment Run hydroblasting equipment, industrial vacuums, and other heavy-duty machines like a pro.
• Maintenance Technician Tasks Help inspect, maintain, and report issues with equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
• Stay Safe, Stay Smart Use PPE and follow all safety procedures while working in industrial environments.
• Stay Moving Lift, climb, work in tight spaces, and handle physically active work in all kinds of environments.
• Travel & Explore Travel to different job sites and take on new challenges regularly.
• Be Flexible We operate 24/7, so some nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime may be part of the job.
• Work With a Solid Team We work hard, help each other out, and get the job done right.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical work. 
• Comfortable working in demanding environments. 
• Basic mechanical or maintenance knowledge is a plus. 
• Able to pass drug screening and medical testing. 
• Willing to travel and work flexible schedules. 
• Must remain clean-shaven for respirator safety.
