Position Highlights:
• Outpatient'only primary care
• 4'day workweek (open to a 3-day work week)
• 16 patients per day (never more than 18)
• Join a collegial team of long'tenured clinicians, including two NPs (one with 8 years of experience)
• Open to Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or General practitioner
• Part of an ACO, emphasizing quality over volume
• AthenaOne EMR
• Mental health provider onsite
• Additional opportunity to pick up hospital work on weekends for extra income

Compensation & Benefits:
• $180,000 annual salary
• 5-10% annual bonus based on ACO performance
• Total earning potential: $189,000-$198,000
• 100% employer'paid health insurance
