Role Description The SaaS Consultant will work on-site in Claymont, DE and will be responsible for guiding clients in implementing and optimizing AiEngage’s CRM and business automation solutions. Day-to-day activities include conducting discovery sessions with prospects and customers, understanding their sales and customer engagement processes, and mapping requirements to AiEngage features. The role involves configuring the platform, coordinating onboarding and training, and supporting clients in integrating AI, workflow automation, and communication tools into their operations. The SaaS Consultant will collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to create tailored solutions, prepare demos and presentations, and provide ongoing strategic and technical guidance. This position requires a client-focused approach, comfort with SaaS technology, and the ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions. Qualifications Ability to understand CRM, sales automation, and customer engagement workflows, and to translate business requirements into platform configurations. Experience working with SaaS products, preferably in CRM, marketing automation, or AI-powered business tools. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client discovery, demos, training, and stakeholder management. Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose client challenges, propose solutions, and optimize platform usage and workflows. Comfort with basic technical concepts such as integrations, APIs, data mapping, and system configuration (hands-on or closely collaborative). Previous experience in consulting, customer success, sales engineering, or implementation roles is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Claymont, DE, manage multiple client projects, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
