About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO. This pivotal role involves owning the company's operating cadence, driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring the CEO can focus on high-leverage problems. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO, trusted confidant, and advisor, with a track record of clearing the path for the CEO by taking ownership of day-to-day operations and cross-functional processes. Strong financial and operational judgment is essential, as is the ability to lead and drive the execution of business-critical strategic initiatives. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for triaging and managing competing priorities for the CEO, conducting ad-hoc financial and operational analyses, and partnering with the finance team on review cycles and headcount analysis. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. A background in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, top-tier management consulting, or a similar high-growth technology environment is a plus. The role requires a clear thinker under pressure, an excellent communicator, and a first-class problem solver. The ideal candidate will have a strong familiarity with AI-enabled tools and a willingness to champion AI adoption. A deep understanding of SaaS business models, experience with operational best practices, and familiarity with the public sector software market are also desirable. The Chief of Staff will be expected to have a passion for the company's mission and a commitment to honesty, ethical conduct, and confidentiality.
