Senior Analyst

As a member of the Royalty Finance team, you will support royalty-related processes that ensure financial accuracy, compliance, governance, and effective decision-making. You will partner closely with Product, Technology, Content, and Commercial teams to evaluate operational processes, identify financial risks, improve controls, and support product initiatives in a compliant and financially responsible manner. Key Responsibilities Financial Controls & Risk Management Identify financial control gaps and assess associated risks. Evaluate potential financial and P&L impacts. Develop and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks. Support compliance with internal control and governance frameworks. Promote financial accuracy, accountability, and operational integrity. Financial Analysis & Data Validation Perform detailed financial analysis to identify: Trends Variances Compliance Issues Validate financial data and investigate discrepancies. Support royalty calculations and financial reporting processes. Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and operational improvements. Royalty Operations & Compliance Support royalty-related operational activities. Ensure royalty processes comply with established business requirements and policies. Monitor financial and operational controls supporting royalty programs. Help maintain accurate and reliable royalty reporting. Product & Business Support Review and test commercial products such as: Lexis+ AI Nexis+ AI Other Digital Content Solutions Business Logic Pricing Configurations Customer Workflows Content Behavior Assess financial and royalty impacts of new products and enhancements. Process Improvement & Documentation Create and maintain: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Process Documentation Workflow Diagrams Improve end-to-end processes and strengthen operational controls. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, standardization, and scalability. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with: Finance Teams Product Teams Commercial Teams Content Teams Communicate requirements, findings, and recommendations effectively. Support initiatives that improve financial operations and compliance processes. Special Projects Participate in ad hoc financial, operational, and transformation projects. Contribute to initiatives supporting business growth, automation, and process modernization. Required Qualifications Education Finance Accounting Related Business Discipline Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in: Operational Controls Compliance Process Management Finance Operations Experience evaluating financial data and identifying process improvement opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
