Account Manager Chicago, IL Onsite - Mon-Fri Whatyou’llbe doing… As part of our Account Management Team, you will be assigned to a Service DeliveryPod;which also includes avCIO, Service Engineer, Client Engagement Manager, and Billing Specialist. The Account Manager is an integral part of thisstructure;tasked with supporting ourCustomers,vCIOs, and Business Partners alike. The following are your daily responsibilities to effectively fulfill this role: Monitoring client requests, which mayinclude:quotes, project management, service desk tickets, or general inquiries. Selling hardware, software, and professional services. Contract Management Scheduling & Preparing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) External Collaboration: with our manufacturer & distribution partners on pricing, bill of materials (BOMs), and co-selling efforts. Internal Collaboration: with our Delivery Engineers, Solutions Architects, and Project Management on support, designs, assessments, & service. Managing Incident Response by coordinating internal resources, gathering information, preparing documentation, and keeping the customer informed in real-time as the ambassador for EMPIST. Strategizing with yourvCIOcounterpart on overall Account Strategy, Customer Experience, IT industry news & best practices. Cultivating long-term relationships with our customers founded onTRUST;by having an intimate understanding of their businesses, goals, and the challenges they face. Ensuring that our customers achieve ROI by bringing creative & strategic solutions, that solve pain-points, increase efficiency, reduce expense, or otherwise improve a customer’s environment or practice; while aligning with industry standards & best practices. Demonstrating the value-add of EMPIST services & solutionsin order tosupport our customers & close business. Understand how your actions directlyimpactthe state & future of our company, stride to expand overall revenue, and increase profitability. Represent & Embody the EMPIST Core Values at all times.
