responsibilities:

• Provide primary support and repairs for metrology and analytical equipment, performing system qualifications and wafer recovery to ensure tool stability.

• Collaborate with OEM suppliers to troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate onsite schedules and technical support.

• Conduct daily walkthroughs of assigned buildings to monitor equipment status, run SPC wafers, and track stability trends.

• Manage tool maintenance by organizing preventive maintenance schedules, executing repairs, and documenting all activities daily in Our Client's databases.

• Maintain professional communication with internal teams and vendors, organize technical documentation, and mentor junior technicians as needed.
