Job Overview DSL Express and partners are hiring CDL A Solo OTR Truck Drivers. Company drivers with 2+ years of experience and a clean MVR/PSP score are preferred. Immediate openings are available for drivers in Tennessee (Memphis area) and Pennsylvania (Allentown area), and applicable elsewhere. Pay Highlights 30% line haul plus bonuses (most popular for solo drivers). $1,900–$2,400 weekly average plus bonuses. Option to switch to miles pay at any time. Up to 60¢ per mile for automatic drivers, up to 65¢ for manual. Well over $104K per year on percentage (top end $145K). No forced dispatch. Average Pay per Week Typical: $1,900–$2,400 per week, with peaks up to $2,700+ on legal hours. Preferred Percentage-based Solo Pay Up to 30% line haul plus bonuses. Dead season average $1,900–$2,100, peak season $2,100–$2,400. Average miles: 2,000–3,000 weeks. Miles-based Solo Pay Option to switch to up to 60¢ per mile plus bonuses (65¢ for manuals). Average miles: 2,500–3,600 per week. Average gross income: $1,600–$2,400 legal max per week. Team Driver Pay (Miles Only) Up to 75¢ per mile plus bonuses (depends on experience/MVR). Driver Requirements Minimum 2 years driving experience. Valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions. Experience with modern ELD systems. Pass a drug test. Valid medical card. Stable work history and good references. No more than 3 moving violations/accidents in last 3 years. No recent failed drug/alcohol tests; no DWI/DUI or BAC violations in last 4 years. No reckless driving convictions in last 3 years. No license suspension or unpaid tickets in last 3 years. No more than 2 moving violations in last year.
