Nurse Practitioner

Dew is a modern, MD-led aesthetics practice focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatments in a clean, elevated environment. We are building a scalable, provider-centered model that allows clinicians to focus on patient care while the business supports growth, operations, and infrastructure. We are in a growth phase and looking to bring on the right clinician who wants to not only practice, but grow with us. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (PRN) with hands-on aesthetic experience. This role is designed as a flexible entry point with a clear pathway to a full-time, long-term position for the right candidate. Ideal for someone who: Is already practicing in aesthetics Wants a more structured and supported environment Is interested in long-term growth within a practice Key Responsibilities Perform aesthetic treatments including: Microneedling / advanced skin therapies/PRP (exosomes preferred) Conduct client consultations and build treatment plans Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care Maintain accurate clinical documentation Support a positive, professional client experience Collaborate with physician oversight and leadership team Qualifications Experience in aesthetic procedures (required) Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Ability to build rapport and retain client relationships Professionalism and alignment with a team-based environment Preferred Experience with Morpheus8 and advanced modalities Existing client base (not required, but a plus) Social media presence or interest in content/brand growth What We Offer MD-led practice with clinical oversight and support Flexible PRN schedule with growth runway Path to full-time opportunity based on volume and fitBusiness covers: Space Equipment Supplies Operational infrastructure Eligible for production-based compensation model This role is designed for clinicians who want more than shift-based work.
