Category Manager

Lead negotiation and execution of master service agreements and project-specific contracts Ensure commercial terms align with category strategy, risk mitigation, and business objectives Partner with internal stakeholders to review, refine, and finalize contractual agreements Strategic Sourcing Own end-to-end sourcing activities including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs Develop sourcing strategies aligned with category goals and market conditions Evaluate supplier proposals, drive competitive bidding processes, and lead award recommendations Apply structured sourcing methodologies (e.g., seven-step sourcing process) Stakeholder & Supplier Management Collaborate with internal business partners to understand requirements and align sourcing strategies Engage with external vendors during sourcing, negotiation, and contracting phases Support cross-functional initiatives within the sourcing and category management teams Operational Execution Manage multiple contracts and sourcing events simultaneously with strong attention to detail Balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment Provide insights into pricing, lead times, and supply market dynamics Required Qualifications Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management Strong expertise in contract negotiation and contract management Demonstrated experience leading RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes end‑to‑end Familiarity with structured sourcing methodologies Experience procuring both equipment and services Strong understanding of commercial terms, pricing models, and supplier evaluation #J-18808-Ljbffr
