Full-Time | Remote-Based | Frequent Weekly Travel | $25–$30/hour

About the Role

We are looking for a Construction Sales & Bid Coordinator to support our commercial construction sales and estimating teams. This position combines customer relationship building, frequent travel, bid research, and follow-up.

This is a remote-based position, but weekly travel to meet with customers is an essential part of the job . The successful candidate must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage their schedule and workload independently while traveling.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel weekly to meet with customers and build strong relationships.

• Plan and coordinate your own travel and customer visits.
\n
• Research projects and identify potential bidders and customer contacts.
\n
• Follow up on submitted bids and gather feedback on pricing and competitiveness.
\n
• Ask customers about other upcoming projects and opportunities.
\n
• Track bids, customer contacts, follow-ups, and results.
\n
• Share customer and competitive information with sales and estimating.
\n
• Identify trends that can help improve future bids.
\n
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, video, and in person.
\n
• Stay current on all responsibilities while traveling.
\n

• Reliable internet and a professional remote workspace.

• Construction, sales, estimating, customer service, or business development experience is a plus, but not required— we will train the right person.
