Job Summary The Field Service Technician plays a crucial role in providing technical support and service to customers in the AgTech industry. This position involves traveling to customer sites, conducting equipment installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and removal/relocation of equipment. This role serves as a key liaison between back office support and its customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
