UMass Memorial Health – Milford Regional Medical Center Position: Urologist (Full‑Time) – Milford Regional Physician Group, a division of UMass Memorial Medical Group. Hiring Range: $385,000 to $575,000 (final offer may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity). Location: Milford, MA. Key Highlights Well‑regarded community hospital with strong referral volume. Established and growing community‑based practice focused on general urology. Exposure to men’s health, stone disease, women’s urologic care, and limited oncology. Collaborative team: 2 urologists and 2 PAs (no resident supervision). High surgical volume: 900+ OR procedures in 2025. State‑of‑the‑art ORs with three robotic systems. Dedicated surgical PA support and 24/7 hospital coverage. Robust surgical and clinical support infrastructure. Strong administrative, clinical, and operational support to ensure efficiency and work‑life balance. Commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centered care and continuous improvement. Qualifications Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Urology (MD or DO). Qualified for a Massachusetts medical license. Open to new graduates and experienced physicians. Comfortable with a broad general urology scope. Flexible and team‑oriented approach to clinical and OR coverage.
