About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Philanthropy to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive corporate engagement and revenue strategy. This role is pivotal in driving initiatives such as corporate giving, workplace campaigns, and sector-specific programs to maximize impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and achieving ambitious revenue targets, fostering deep relationships with key corporate partners, and leading the evolution of corporate philanthropy to ensure strategic, long-term investments in the organization's work. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, revenue growth, development and stewardship of high-value partnerships, and team leadership. The role demands a leader with a change management mindset, strong creative thinking, and a genuine passion for fundraising for systems change. Applicants for the Vice President, Corporate Philanthropy position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of relevant professional experience in corporate philanthropy, corporate partnerships, CSR, business development, fundraising, or related consulting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cultivating and stewarding revenue-generating corporate partnerships, with a preference for those experienced in six-figure gifts or sponsorships. Strong change management skills, a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a BS/BA degree are preferred. The role requires a leader who can build and lead a high-performing team, collaborate cross-functionally, and is excited about the opportunity to make a direct and sustained difference in the lives of individuals through the mobilizing role of the organization.
