Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Therapy St. Charles, Minnesota Travel

Provide occupational therapy treatment services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve residents' functional independence and quality of life.

Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate resident care and discharge planning.

Active COTA certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

Active and unrestricted state licensure or eligibility to practice in Minnesota.

Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.

Strong documentation and communication skills.

Prior travel or contract therapy experience.

Familiarity with geriatric patient populations and long-term care environments.

Guaranteed 35 hours per week providing stability throughout your 13-week contract.
