Endoscopy Technician

Description Under the general supervision of the Department Supervisor, assists the medical, clinical and clerical staff in the care of the patient by providing high-quality technical skills. The Endoscopy Technician III performs at a more advanced level acting as a preceptor to others. The Endoscopy Technician III assists the Physician with endoscopic procedures for pediatric patients in all settings of the hospital. Required Qualifications Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. 2 years' experience in Healthcare setting. Preferred Qualifications Upon hire: Gastrointestinal Technician Specialist Certification, or equivalent years of experience.
