Hourly Pay Range $38.67 - $59.94 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights Position: Physical Therapist Location: 1 East County Line Road, Sandwich, IL Full‑Time, 36 hours weekly Hours: Monday through Thursday; one evening shift required until 7pm What You Will Do Provides direct physical therapy services to patients. Demonstrates an appropriate level of clinical skill, as evidenced by the completion of comprehensive and insightful evaluations, and the development of individualized and effective treatment plans designed to achieve precise, functional goals. Evaluates patient’s physical and functional status and plans and implements therapeutic programs that include prevention, identification, correction and alleviation of acute or prolonged movement dysfunction of an anatomic or physiologic origin. Uses excellent communication skills to educate patients and engage them in their own care. Stays updated regarding developments, new techniques, and equipment in the field of physical therapy. Maintains a well‑rounded knowledge base, and clinical reasoning skills to consistently achieve expected clinical outcomes. What You Will Need Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy Preferred: Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist licensure A valid driver’s license is required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an off‑site location. If the incumbent uses their personal vehicle, the incumbent must maintain automobile liability coverage as required by law and evidence of such coverage may be requested. American Heart Association BLS CPR certification For Physical Therapist II level - minimum of 2 years work experience required For Physical Therapist I level - open to 0 to 2 years' experience Required Without License Notification from Continental Testing Services advising of receipt and approval of application for licensure (if first‑time test taker). “Authorization to Test” (ATT) letter from Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy Confirmation of Computer‑Based Exam State of Illinois Physical Therapy license within 90 days of hire Current CPR Certification issued by the American Heart Association BLS provider Benefits (For Full Time or Part Time Positions) Premium pay such as shift, on call, holiday and more based on an employee’s job Incentive pay for select positions Opportunity for annual increases based on performance Career Pathways to Promote Professional Growth and Development Medbridge Silver Membership (.5FTE and above) provided to enable individuals to obtain CEU’s via live or recorded webinars & attend prep classes for certification courses.
