Job Description

Manage plant operations, including production, quality control, and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at all times.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
Lead and mentor staff to foster a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain and logistics operations.
Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Maintain high standards of quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

Strong leadership and team management skills within the engineering and manufacturing field.
