Patient Service & Scheduling Coordinator
Northwestern Medicine
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative to work at the Huntley Immediate Care Center. This role requires 36 hours per week, with three 12-hour shifts and includes weekends and holiday coverage. The Patient Service Representative will provide excellent customer service, assist patients with check-in and check-out processes, and handle billing and appointment scheduling.
