**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Physician to join our team. This position will be primarily outpatient/office visits. We are a partner with Holy Name Medical Center and continue to grow our footprint in Northern New Jersey. 

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide primary medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases and injuries
- Conduct physical examinations and interpret medical history
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work and imaging studies
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and medical evidence
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient response to treatment
- Perform minor surgical procedures, such as suturing and wound care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems (eClinicalWorks)
- Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure patient safety

**Qualifications:**
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification.
- Valid medical license in NJ.
- Proficient in a wide range of medical procedures, including gastric lavage, catheterization, psychopharmacology, administering injections, airway management, tube feeding, and dermabrasion
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and their families
- Ability to work well in a team-based healthcare environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary: $230,000 - $350,000 per year
