As an Assistant Property Manager, you ll play a vital role in supporting the Property Manager and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the community.
Primary Responsibilities Include: Assisting Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the apartment community Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and resolving concerns promptly Staying informed on market conditions and competitor properties to optimize leasing strategies Monitoring tenant accounts and following up on delinquent payments Supporting leasing and marketing efforts to attract and retain residents Ideal candidates have experience in property management, leasing, or a related field and thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant preferred Exceptional customer service skills Excellent follow up and follow through skills Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel Ability to work day, weekend, and evening hours as required InterSolutions is a leading staffing provider to the Property Management industry.
