- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- CPR certification and BLS certification required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills to work with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
