Sun River Health is currently seeking a part-time Psychotherapist (LMSW, LMHC or LCSW) to join our team at our Peekskill Health Center location.Position SummaryAccomplished Psychotherapists (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC) evaluate and treat a diverse caseload spanning all DSM diagnoses at busy outpatient clinic. A strong commitment to community behavioral health and prior outpatient experience required.Job Type: Part-timePart-time hourly rate ranges based on licensure are as follows:LMHC: $35.56 - $37.18LMSW: $40.10 - $41.65LCSW: $47.79 - $49.64Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Psychotherapist (LMSW, LMHC or LCSW):Provides mental health services to patients with behavioral health conditions.Development and formulation of treatment plans for patients in care work with psychiatrists on monthly basisWork with a multi-disciplinary team for including primary care providers.Support transition and coordination for chronically and persistently mentally ill to appropriate, alternate care.Document all patient encounters appropriately and maintain comprehensive case notes.Review quality reports for site on all indicators monthly.Complete monthly program reports.Participate in regional network meeting.Serve as site liaison with HRHCare/Genesis program staff.Work cooperatively with various health population medical and Behavioral Health team.Participate in and facilitate case conferences as well as other agency, school and/or community-based meetings or trainings.Demonstrates knowledge and skill necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients.Essential Job QualificationsMinimum Education Requirement: Master's Degree (MSW or MHC)Minimum Licensure: New York State Licensure (LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC)Minimum Work-Related Experience: 2 yearsPreferred Skills: Bilingual in SpanishAbout Sun River HealthSun River Health has a rich history of providing quality, affordable health care to communities in need.
