Job Details:

• Location: Pennsylvania
• Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid healthcare provider Basic Life Support (HCP BLS) certification; no experience requirement; Pennsylvania license or eligibility; candidates must hold a Registered Nurse (RN) license or greater qualification.
• Additional Information: Responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing plans of care, and evaluating effectiveness of nursing interventions. Collaborates with healthcare providers, advocates for patients, and participates in quality of care activities. Maintains ethical standards, utilizes research in practice, demonstrates leadership skills, and ensures safety and effectiveness in patient care.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
