BSA/AML Operations Manager

To ensure compliance with BSA/AML regulations, the full-time remote BSA/AML Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM) case investigation function, providing leadership and supervision over case investigations and ensuring adherence to established policies and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise analysts conducting SAM case investigations and escalations, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and disposition of cases Lead the development and implementation of BSA/AML policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and operational practices Compile and report key risk and performance indicators to senior management, translating operational data into risk-focused narratives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; professional certifications such as CAMS preferred Solid experience in BSA/AML operations and financial crimes investigations within a regulated financial institution Demonstrated experience in leading or supervising teams of analysts Working knowledge of Actimize, FCRM, and enterprise transaction monitoring systems Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage operational queues and staff capacity effectively
