Overview McKenna Crossing in Prior Lake is seeking On Call LPNs to join our team. On Call – Overnight shifts, weekdays / weekends. Location: 13810 Shepherd's Path, Prior Lake, MN 55379. Responsibilities The purpose of this position is to put “Smiles in the Eyes of our Residents” by fulfilling Presbyterian Homes’ mission and practices. You will provide and monitor high‑quality clinical care and services to residents in accordance with regulations and best practices. You will oversee Medication Assistants, Resident Assistants, and Resident Aides during your shift. You will report directly to the RN, Clinical Coordinator, or Clinical Administrator as designated and may receive direction from the Community Coordinator. Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure on the State Board of Nursing in the state(s) where the position is located. Current CPR certification. Interest in gerontological nursing and rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices. Alignment with PHS's mission and operating philosophies. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate with all customers. Pay Range The estimated starting pay range is $30.76–$32.99 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and market conditions.
