Senior Art Director/senior Designer

If you're a visual thinker with an eye for design and agency experience who shares our passion for healthcare, you might be our next Senior Art Director. What You’ll Do Create layouts in a variety of media (websites, banner ads, emails, sales presentations, print, and more) Develop charts, infographics, and other data visualizations for healthcare professionals, patients, payers, and other healthcare stakeholders Implement brand guidelines and visual identity across assigned brands Create branding, logos, and style guides Present work internally and to clients Collaborate with Copy, Strategy, Editorial, Account, and Project Management teams to develop innovative creative solutions to client marketing challenges Translate complex clinical and scientific information into compelling visual communications What We’re Looking For Strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of projects Excellence in data visualization Digital savvy with experience designing across multiple channels Strong communication and presentation skills Design software flexibility—able to create design solutions using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and PowerPoint Proactive working style and accountability Passion for design, the creative process, and discussing your creative influences What You Should Know About Us We care deeply about our people, our work, and the clients we support because what we do matters. Qualifications & Experience Undergraduate degree in Design, Graphic Arts, Fine Arts, or related field Demonstrated outstanding conceptual and design skills through a clean, visually compelling portfolio Understand assigned brands, indications, therapeutic implications, competitive landscape, and industry trends Ability to incorporate feedback and revisions thoughtfully and efficiently 2+ years designing for a health or interest a plus Demonstrated proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, and PowerPoint Experience designing for digital channels including web, applications, and UX Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and design principles Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Salary Range: $75,000–$100,000 The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including, but not limited to, professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
