LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse POSITION SUMMARY A LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse is one of the main support providers to our residents. The position aids residents in the Assisted Living Program through assessments and care planning, medication and treatment management, implementation, and evaluation of resident plans of care, documentation of nursing services and enabling residents to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity.
