Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Paid Training Provided

Consistent Daytime Hours: Work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday—enjoy predictable scheduling, a single clinic home, and your weekends free (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM). BCBA-D Owned & Led: Work directly alongside experienced BCBAs in an energizing clinical environment owned and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn. Supervision & Career Growth: Easily secure BACB supervision hours for those pursuing BCBA or BCaBA credentials. What You’ll Do Deliver 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Execute individualized behavioral plans to reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and improve functional communication. Provide Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and active engagement in a fun, clinic-based setting. Digital Data Collection: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes. What We’re Looking For Education & Credentials: Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete our paid training. Background: Experience in childcare, preschools, caregiving, home health, or special education is a plus, but not required! Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily clinic travel. Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and maintain safety protocols.
