Marketing and Dealer Relations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide existing clients with information about upcoming sales and events by phone, email, social media.
• Engage with potential and inactive dealer customers to encourage participation in Metro Auto Auction.
• Assist dealers with accessing and navigating Metro Auto Auction’s website.
• Manage social media postings and email campaigns to increase followers and dealer attendance.
• Submit travel reimbursements promptly in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call notes in the CRM system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate dealer concerns to management.
• Create promotional artwork for auctions and dealer events.
• Execute promotional activities on sale days to enhance dealer engagement.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for customers as needed.
• Perform additional auction-related duties as requested by management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Marketing experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
• Need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders.
• Valid AZ Driver's License required.
• Ability to learn and use specialty software effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and phone etiquette skills.
